  Description of duties Minimum Requirements
  - Build up and control a team of consultants and
  team leaders
- Supervise workflow and procedures of daily
  duties
- Ability to train, lead, control and motivate
  a diverse team of reservations consultants
  and team leaders
- Must have a min of 5yrs reservations
  - Do weekly briefings regarding department
  queries and problems
- Quality control and margins of entered bookings
  background with excellent product
  knowledge
- Management experience essential,
  - Create cost awareness within the department
- Process, analyze and action on turn around
  including delegation and quick and accurate
  decision making skills
    times and workload reports
- Research and be aware of competitor's products
- Strategic competencies for the department
  and company as a whole
- Establish sustainable relationships to suppliers
  and agents
- Ability to represent the company to internal/
  external stakeholders and interested parties
  - Will be responsible for the emergency contact
  phone 24/7
- Strong ability to interface with overseas
  agents
  - Assist in the planning of staffing requirements - Work well under pressure
  - Build up and maintain a high level of motivation
  and team spirit
- Strong problem solving skills
  - Establish clear targets for your staff and carry
  out annual appraisals
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Tourplan
  - Interact closely with HR regarding disciplinary
  issues
- Basic HR knowledge
- Broader tourism industry experience
    - Existing relationships within the industry

  Description of duties Minimum Requirements
  - Responsible for the creation and upkeep of
  personnel files
- Strong HR administration skills essential
- Excellent English communication skills
  - Responsible for keeping records of staff
  leave/staff contact information
- Good understanding of SA labour legislation
- VIP Classic payroll knowledge
  - Source and arrange interviews with prospective
  candidates
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
  - Assist in the processing of salaries for the South
  Africa and Namibia offices as well as creating
  salary overviews and distributing pay slips
 
- Assist in the update and maintenance of staff
  information on various HR programs
 
  - Assist in the preparation of training
  programmes and relevant documentation
 
  - Assist with the control and maintenance of the
  clock-in system and issue management and
  staff with regular weekly and monthly reports
