Minimum Requirements |

- Booking of accommodation/ transfers/ flights/
tours/ transport |
- 2 - 5 years experience in inbound travel
- Spoken and written foreign language |
| |
- Running of self-drive itineraries |
(as listed) is essential |
| |
- Reconciliation of guide expenses |
- Tourplan knowledge would be an advantage |
| |
- Liaison with overseas' agents |
- Sound knowledge of Southern Africa |

- Dealing with customers while in resort |
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications |
| |
- Sourcing & selling of alternative services |
|
| |
- Margin control |
|
| |
- Assisting in answering complaints |
|
| |
- Preparing welcome packs (vouchers/itineraries
etc) |
