Arrive Cape Town
Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, you will
be met by your English speaking Private Safaris Representative
and escorted to your awaiting vehicle for your transfer
to your Cape Town based hotel.
Kindly note : 14h00 is the earliest time to check
in to your hotel. We can request an early check in at
no extra charge, however this can't be guaranteed. Should
you wish to check in upon arrival, we suggest reserving
accommodation for the night before, in order to guarantee
the room will be ready for your arrival before 14h00.
13h00 Embark on a scheduled seat-in-coach half day Table
Mountain and City Tour.
Highlights of this tour includes a visit up Table Mountain
(weather permitting - the cost for the Table Mountain
Cable Way ticket is to your own account), Malay Quarter
Tour, the Castle of Good Hope, Milnerton for a spectacular
view of Table Mountain and the city and a visit to a diamond
works. This evening we suggest for you to embark on a
scheduled seat-in-coach evening excursion of Cape Town,
viewing this attractive city by night. Observe the setting
sun (weather permitting) while sipping a glass of sparkling
wine on the beachfront at Bloubergstrand. Afterwards,
you will be transferred to one of Cape Town's popular
restaurants for dinner, followed by a drive up Signal
Hill for a 'night cap'. Admire the Southern African sky
from your vantage point before returning to your hotel
in the late evening.

Morning transfer to Kenilworth Race Course with English
speaking driver for the annual J&B Metropolitan Race Meeting.
Please note: Ticket and catering costs not included.
Late afternoon transfer from Kenilworth Race Course back
to your Cape Town based hotel. This evening we suggest
that guests make their own way to the Victoria & Alfred
Waterfront to enjoy dinner and weekend festivities (return
transfer and dinner for own account).

Cape Town
After breakfast embark on a full day's seat-in-coach scheduled
excursion along the popular Cape Peninsula. Highlights
include: Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Cape of Good
Hope Nature Reserve, the funicular (optional extra) to
reach the hillcrest at Cape of Good Hope, the penguin
colony at Boulder's Beach, Chapman's Peak (subject to
the road being open), Hout Bay harbour, Sea Point and
a city of Cape Town drive. Return to Cape Town in the
late afternoon and spend the remainder of the day at leisure.

Depart Cape Town
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before your half day seat-in-coach
scheduled excursion to the Cape Winelands. Highlights
include a scenic and historic drive through the Cape Winelands,
including a wine tasting at a local wine estate. Steeped
in history and culture, the Cape Winelands have some vineyards
as old as 300 years. The Winelands are divided into various
regions, each offering their "own" wine route. The most
popular and well known are Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and
Paarl. Late afternoon transfer to Cape Town International
Airport to check in for your homebound flight. |

Inn is just around the corner from a variety of fascinating
Museums, Arts & Crafts and other places of interest.

Holiday Inn Waterfront
The Holiday Inn Cape Town Waterfront is nestled between
the majestic Table Mountain and the Atlantic Seaboard. The
hotel is conveniently situated close to the entrance of one
of South Africa's premier leisure complexes, the Victoria
& Alfred Waterfront. All rooms feature private bathroom and
separate shower, colour TV, telephone, computer modem point
and electronic safe. The hotel also features a swimming pool
and curio shop.
Tour includes
- Accommodation as per itinerary. Accommodation subject
to availability at date of booking. We reserve the right
to use alternative accommodation of similar or higher standard.
- Return transfer in luxury air-conditioned vehicle: Cape
Town International Airport / Hotel / Cape Town International
Airport with English speaking local driver.
- Return transfer in luxury air-conditioned vehicle: Hotel
/ Kenilworth Race Course / Hotel with English speaking local
driver on day 2.

as Europe
- This itinerary is planned around the assumption of the
J&B Metropolitan Race based in Cape Town on a Saturday.
Should this change, the itinerary and costing would need
to be amended accordingly.
- We have included our standard Tour Operator accommodation
rates, but hotels have the authority to increase their room
rates for special events such as the J&B Metropolitan Race,
thus room rates are subject to change / increase
