There are several places which offer courses for those who would like to learn to speak English. One such South African school in the City of Cape Town offers more than just a class room and teachers - it sees to the needs of the students who want to learn the language as well as interact and see the sights of this magical city.

Location
The school is situated in Sea Point - a lively suburb just a minute's walk from the beachfront. Table Mountain and the sandy beaches of Camps Bay are a short taxi ride away. The well known Victoria and Alfred Waterfront is within walking distance (about 25 minutes) from the school and the city centre's business district is a 10 minute drive away.

Courses
The school offers courses which can be taken for two weeks or more. They have a variety of popular language courses to help you learn English and include

• Exam Preparation courses

There are also specialist Business English courses. All courses start on Mondays and there are only 8 students per class.

First day and Orientation
On the first day students are provided with:

• An orientation pack
• Student card
  

On Orientation day, students are taken around the school as well as the city in order to become accustomed to their new surroundings.

Additional Services offered

• Meet and greet and airport transfer to selected accommodation
• A Liaison Officer on 24 hour duty to see to the needs of all the students
• A dedicated activities desk which arranges a full social programme
• An accommodation booking service

Activities

• Excursions are a vital part of all the courses and the school offers many activities, including outings to various places of interest. Activities are seen as an opportunity for our students to get more practice in the English language. One or more of our teachers will accompany students on activities/excursions.
