Private Safaris offers a personal Meet and Greet service
at various international and domestic airports. We have two
English/German speaking Kuoni Private Safari's representatives
at Cape Town International Airport, and one at Johannesburg
International Airport. Our representatives are on hand to
assist with the following:
- Meeting passengers off any arriving domestic or international
flight
- Escorting those passengers to their transfer vehicle or
car rental company and making sure that their information
is correct
- Assisting passengers who have booked car rental and providing
them with information such as local road conditions, driving
tips etc.
- Assisting passengers by recovering lost luggage, changing
money as well as helping with seating or meal requirements
for flights.
- Assisting clients with whatever other eventuality might
occur as best we can.
Our representatives display meet and greet boards so clients
are able to distinguish them. Representatives will also arrange
a convenient time to brief clients about excursions or other
sources of entertainment at their hotels.
In addition, we also offer a meet and greet service at Johannesburg
International Airport. Illios Travel - our preferred representatives
at Johannesburg International Airport - will meet and greet
clients as well as provide transport. They have an office
at Johannesburg International Airport which is situated in
the car rental terminal opposite Domestic Terminal 1.
