| Rocktail Beach Camp completes upgrades |
Rocktail Beach Camp has completed a series of expansions and enhancements. Situated in the Maputaland Coastal Forest in northern KwaZulu-Natal, it borders the Maputaland Marine Reserve, a sanctuary for marine life and provides extraordinary diving and snorkeling encounters as well as remote unspoilt beaches.
The camp now consists of nine standard rooms and eight suites including one new honeymoon suite.
Following the growing success of Rocktail Beach Camp as a leading family holiday destination, an additional four family suites have been built, all nestled into the dune forest, bringing the total number of family rooms to seven.
There is also a brand new children’s playroom adjacent to the pool area, where the Rocktail children’s programme takes place.
Other additions include a curio shop and a newly extended veranda next to the bar.
This leads to a raised deck with views over the forest and the Indian Ocean.
A self-guided walking trail has been created, which winds its way up to the top of a dune just south of the camp, offering guests great opportunities to explore the coastal forest.

| Staff visit Blaauwklippen Wine Estate |
| One of the oldest working wine farms in South Africa, Blaauwklippen Wine Estate recently invited some of our staff members on a site inspection.
The historic estate has been transformed into one of the most progressive in the Cape winelands.
The estate comprises of original buildings that have been lovingly restored, a carriage museum which houses a collection of antique carriages, a wine centre and an attractive hospitality centre.
Staff were taken on a tour of the wine estate and its facilities including a cellar tour, an opportunity to experience a formal wine tasting followed by a delicious lunch.
Inspired by its proud heritage and romantic past, the estate offers a mixture of modern and traditional Cape cuisine in its Barouche Restaurant, carriage rides through the vineyards, cellar tours and wine tasting as well as facilities for conferences, weddings and private parties.

| Cape Town gears up for 2010 draw

As national football teams around the world battle through qualifying games to make it to the 2010 Fifa World Cup, Cape Town is gearing up to host the tournament's final draw event.
Cape Town's International Convention Centre will be cast into the limelight on 4 December this year, when Fifa will announce the grouping and match order for the world's top 32 teams to contest Africa's first World Cup.

The much-anticipated final draw is expected to be broadcast live in almost 200 countries and attended by over 2 000 VIP guests and around 800 media representatives.
