  • The Wild Coast -The region is untamed and extravagantly beautiful and an ultimate holiday destination.

  • Hole in the wall - A prominent rock formation with a big hole in the centre, carved by the waves over time. It has become a symbol for the Xhosa in remembrance of a great historical tragedy - the "Great Cattle Killing".

The Western Region

This region has it all - the coastline, three national parks, a host of private game reserves and a vibrant mix of cultures and lifestyles as well as some of the oldest archaeological sites in the world.

  • Nelson Mandela Museum - One of South Africa's most significant heritage institutions situated close to Nelson Mandela's and preserves a collection of gifts given to him through out the years.

  • Addo Elephant Park - Situated in the malaria free and only 73 Km from Port Elizabeth. There is a wide diversity of game viewing available.

  • Tsitsikamma National Park - Contains the country's biggest indigenous forests and fynbos, stunning wetlands and is a bird lovers' paradise Blaauwkrans Bridge - The world's highest bungee jump site - 180 meters of freefall (lasting about seven seconds).

  • The Valley of Desolation - One of the most spectacular sights in the country. A very steep and narrow road leads into the mountains that surround this beautiful valley for incredible views.

  • The Owl House - A few minutes outside Graaf-Reinet, it is here an eccentric recluse of a woman spent the latter part of her life decorating her house with owl and camel statues and covered the walls with crushed glass..

  • Jeffrey's Bay - Known as the surfing capital of South Africa, surf lovers come here from all over the world to experience the "perfect wave".

  • Shamwari Game Reserve - A malaria free private game reserve situated half way between Port Elizabeth and Grahamstown

  • The Mountain Zebra National Park - Within easy reach of Port Elizabeth, the park is surrounded by lush vegetation and scenic mountain landscapes and abundant in game viewing.
