Victoria Falls

Victoria Falls, also known as "Vic Falls", is one of the world's greatest natural sights. Declared a World Heritage Site, the falls - and much of the town of the same name - fall within a national park, which neighbours onto the Zambezi National Park. The vibrant resort town of Victoria Falls has become one of Africa's busiest destinations and boasts more than a dozen world class hotels, lodges, golf courses, a craft village, as well as numerous restaurants and an international airport. It is also known as an adventure destination, largely due to opportunities such as bungi jumping off the Zambezi Bridge, white water rafting and body boarding to name a few. For the less adventurous visitor, there are walks through the National Park as well as the well known helicopter or light aircraft 'Flight of the Angels'.
