Aquila Private Game Reserve
Situated in the Southern Karoo, just two hours from Cape Town, lies the beautiful Aquila Game Reserve, home to Africa’s famous Big 5. Upon arrival Wilmien, our Logistics Manager, was struck by the tranquillity of the conservancy. “I immediately felt relaxed, thanks to the excellent service from their friendly staff”, said Wilmien.
During their stay at the Reserve, our staff were fortunate enough to experience some of the adventurous activities on offer, including game drives, horseback riding, quad biking as well as a pampering visit to their newly opened African Spa.
At the end of an action-packed day and an amazing dinner, the team were able to unwind with a star-gazing experience. “I was in awe” says Wilmien “The area has almost no light pollution, making it the perfect setting to view the night sky”.
